In the event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. Item must be in original packaging and unused condition. Please email us at orders@blasterfactory.com or call 864-349-1500 for prior approval. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. Note: A 20% restocking fee may be applied.
