I have a great collection of vintage parts that i have had for quit a while… Going to use these to create some e11 blasters . The original parts are becoming more exspensive and harder to find soooooooo im going to create a complete kit from aluminum.
Everyone loves seeing all the Sterling parts,,, heres some pictures of the disassembled kits im preparing for e11 rebuilds..
Started making replica parts about two week ago,,, the stock was my first objective.
Made a few , lol
Lathe freed up today so i began the front cap.
Completed front barrel guide, machined and ready
Up NEXT! the rear back cap latch……………………………………………….. Making 200 of these , 100 for my builds and 100 for anyone else that want components separately………..
While the latch is finishing on the mill I’m going the start turning the rear spring cap
Operation 2 is taking shape on the rear sterling SMG rear cap. Two more operation to go , next it get a few cuts in the 4th axis mill then back to the vertical (vmc) Haas mill
I have discovered no less than 6 variations in the back caps shapes, im combining the essence of all.
A damn hard thing to discover. Got one more operation on the 4th axis mill to put the flat on the sides.

My mold for the sterling grip is alomost done , just completed the checking in the cavities…. Lettering will be next
