Casting the scope mount,, this is one of the most scrutinized parts in the star wars community… Ive looked at all the one made and determined they all a few thing correct but missed some very important dimension and radius..I scaled this useing several methods to come to a consensus.. I think i have i damn close.

Received the casting for the ANH scope mount…. Drilled hole and trimmed sides for the top bracket

Next from the cnc lathe is the middle thumb wheel… Made out of steel and threaded for 1/4-20

Now the moust complex part the main mount. I left the radius and the upright suymetrical so that the builder can chose to do the champhers and flat on the clamps as they see fit… Idealized version or hard core screen accurate.. Your choice
