Serious geometry in the works

The bare bones lower frame
adding in the trigger mech,, going to be very similar to the real thing..
Having the trigger plate stamped so the pivot point and the sear works like the real thing….. still need to find a spot for the micro switch. I know you guys will put sound boards in these.

Just got the latest samples on the stamped trigger linkage and safety..

Spring in being copied now ….   should create the same trigger mech as the real one.

injection molded grips falling out of the machine….   notch the killer crosshatch. that has to be done in the mold by hand.

next up is the 5 axis work to create the lower receiver..

barrel and compensator rollin out …  left hand threads just like the real one.

Working on the sight and the mag release,,, tough small part to machine but its getting done…
